  Get the conditions right!

There are three important rules for good revision conditions.

1. It's best to be alone
2. Make sure there are no distractions
3. Have all your study materials to hand

Sit at a desk or a table, with your books and papers spread out before you.

You need to be able to make notes or lists of information as you go along.

You might also need to look at more than one book at the same time.

If you can't arrange all three of these conditions, aim for at least two.

If you need to revise at home, keep all your books and papers together.

If you don't have a desk or table, keep them in a box.
