  Making the choice

Think carefully about the topics you choose to revise. Your objective is to score maximum marks.

Revise the whole course if that's possible. Do it using an outline of the course and any past exam papers.

However, if you are short of time, you need to make priorities. Two approaches are possible.

  • You can revise your strongest topics - those things you know best. In this case you pay less attention to your weaker topics.
  • The other approach is to do the opposite. You spend time bringing your weaker topics up to scratch.

Remember - it's easier scoring the first few marks of an answer than the last few.

Don't try learning completely new topics just before the exam - unless it's really necessary.
