more energetic.
Exercise will also help you to feel more confident and lively.
It will stop you becoming tense and will get rid of tiredness.
It will also help you to have good quality sleep. Exercise-plus-sleep
is a formula for good health.
Take some sort of exercise every day. It doesn't have to be a sport.
Go for a walk, go swimming, running or cycling.
It will also be an ideal break from your studies. You will be able to
