Diet

The food you eat is important for your physical and your mental health.

If you eat too much, you will tend to become sluggish - and over-weight.

Heavy and fatty food (lots of fish and chips) makes you less efficient.

People often eat more if they feel anxious or stressed. It's called 'comfort eating'.

You should avoid very big meals, and eat lighter foods such as salads.

Instead of eating sweets and chocolate, try eating fresh fruit - such as apples, pears, and bananas.

If your body is healthy, you are less likely to feel stressed.

And don't forget to get plenty of exercise as well!
