Sleep
This is one of the most important forms of relaxation available.
It allows your body to get better by switching off completely.
Most people need between six and nine hours sleep each night.
If you feel tired or stressed, the first thing to do is have a long sleep.
You will feel more fresh as soon as you wake up.
However - you need to combine sleep with plenty of exercise. This
keeps your body healthy - and your mind alert.
Lying around in bed for long periods will only make you feel drowsy all
the time.
So the secret is - get plenty of exercise, then sleep well.
