What is stress?

Most people suffer from stress at one time or another.

The first thing to do is - learn how to recognise it.

Stress can cause tiredness, weakness, headaches, or a sinking feeling in the stomach.

It can also cause cramp - especially in your back, shoulders and neck.

Many people can't relax properly because they feel stressed.

The first thing is to recognise it . The second is to overcome it.
