  Running out of time

You suddenly have less time than you need for the remaining question(s).

Divide any remaining time equally between questions.

It's easier to gain marks for starting a question than finishing it.

Two half-answered questions will normally gain more marks than one which is finished.

Be prepared to leave outline notes for unanswered questions.

The examiner might give you some marks for the notes.
