Welcome to your virtual fieldwork visit to the Freshfield Dune Coast. This exercise will allow you to visit an important section of our North West coastline, and examine its different land uses.

As you can see from the map opposite, you are going to follow a route which starts at Freshfield station car park. At the end of your journey, you will enter the National Trust Nature Reserve at Formby Point, with its squirrels.
